Seplat Petroleum Development Company (in its recent publication) is inviting the graduates for it 2018 graduates scheme which is a 4-6year programme of designed to attract, retain and accelerate the development of young talented and ambitious graduates through a combination of on-the-job training and structured learning and development programme.

The participants will however, be equipped with appropriate competencies and provide experience that will facilitate their integration into challenging business environment and enable them to unleash their potentials in a truly rewarding work environment provided (by Seplat)

The eligibility criteria are:

1. A minimum of 2nd class upper (2-1) obtained not later than 2015

-Engineering : Materials, Chemical, Mechanical, Civil, Petroleum, Electrical/Electronics process, Industrial and Oil and Gas
-Geology, Geophysics and Petro-physics

-Industrial Chemistry, Chemistry
-Finance, Accounting (ACCA ACA)


-Business Administration, Finance

-Mass Communication, Economics and other social disciplines(A relevant professional qualification is an added advantage) 

2. Graduates from 2014 will considered provided they possess a relevant master degree in addition to 2nd class upper or First class bachelor's degree

- A minimum of 5(SSCE) O'level credits including Maths and English language in a single sitting.

-A minimum of 2years post NYSC experience for graduates with post NYSC work experience

-Graduates participating in NYSC must be on schedule to complete NYSC in 2017 so they may be considered
